C280 Overheating problem

Having an issue with my 1995 C280 overheating. Typically runs in the range of 80-90C and recently, although the weather has not been above 80F, the car has been moving towards 105-110, up to 115C when its idling in traffic, or even parked with the air conditioning on. Took it to the dealer and they replaced the fan as well as the thermostat.. and the problem continues to exist. Can someone help diagnose what this might be?

Thanks

i take it since the car is a gasser and newer it must have some form of temp sensors all over the engine.. maybe one came loose at the plug or burned out .. i m guessing here.. but it gives you an idea

There is a ton of information in the technical help forum on this. High operating temperatures are a common complaint for that engine. Do a search in the tech help forum and you'll find a ton of things to investigate.
