The latest pix are still here.

There isn't much changed since I last posted pics (early Aug). Most of August was spent keeping the damned framers on task and on the job, getting the septic installed and, helping Dad get the utilities installed for his house down in the barn pasture. And then all of September I was out of pocket.

Most of October has been spent getting our winter forage planted.

But, work proceeds on the cabin: my electrician will be out in a week or so to rough-in the electrics plus, I have some other carpentry and prep work to do so, hopefully, we'll be ready for some balestacking by mid November.

Thank you!

This is the first stucture I've ever designed. When I was doing it, I struggled with the shape of that roof for what seemed like weeks and fretted and lost no small amount of sleep when I wrote the $1800 check for the roof trusses. I really didn't know how it was going to come out in the end but, I think the thing looks pretty daggone neat.

I'm stoked about getting back to work on the project.
