RRRR I sent my application into the state for the Real Estate lisence in June, they told me they got it on June 19. Still nothing, when I call I can't get through they just stick me on hold.

I'm so pissed, I have a job lined up, and potential clients, non of which does me any good at the moment, the stupid state is costing me a heck of a lot of money, not to mention wasted time.

I'm an inch away from driving up to Hartford, if I don't get satisfaction tomarrow I will be on Wednesday.

I guess they changed testing companies from PSI to Promissor, and I got stuck in the middle it seems.

Anyone know anybody pretty high up in CT's gov? I need an insider.

my mom and dad divorced in CT when i was like 5.. so my mom is supposed to get 85$ a week child support..(yea a whole lot) its automaticly taken out of my dads check and its supposed to be in my mailbox every week on the dot.. well we have never seen a check on time or the full amount.. they are screwing us over... i think they are holding it and collecting interest of it... also.. one time we got a check for 300$ and the state of ct said they owed it to use since they withheld checks by accident.. coupld weeks later they send us a letter saying the 300$ wasnt supposed to go to us or some bull **** like that.. the state of ct is full of liars, crooks, and italian mafioso..

i know that is the truth.. my old town.. waterbury the mayor was arrested on charges of embezelment and drug use i belive.. its been a while.. plus my step dad knew all the italians in the town.. if you have ever been in ct and seen the bar Rookies bout 5 years or more ago.. that was run by the mob and my step dad was the head bar keep

Wow. Not a good endorsement for Ct. Are you affiliated with a realty company? If you are, the boss should be able to find out whats what.

Oh yeah one of the larger ones, Remax. Unfortunitly I don't see how the broker can do much more then me. Everyone is at the mercy of the state, but I hope I am wrong.

I'll rattle a few swords tomarrow and hope I get bumped up to the right person.

The kicker is all I need is a post card and a number, this card says they have reviewed my stuff and I can take the test. Schedualing the test can be done online at any time, thats with a private company. I just sign up, take it, and in a few days I'm taking listings!


Dealing with Hartford is the pits, CT has its good points though.


How am I supposed to paint the poor faded SDL this winter if I can't sell a few beach houses??

You need to put that on the back burner, you need to run down to the Cadillac dealer and buy a brand new Deville DTS sedan, for ferrying the clients around, you can't sell real estate in a dirty old SDL, now can you???
