I used to play Flatout a lot, a very funny game with good graphics and quite realistic physics. Flatout 2 was released a couple of days ago and I'm seriously thinking about buying this one too. I still remember playing Stunt Car Racer, several versions of Test Drive and American Road Racing to mention just a few.

I game I fell in love with when I was seven years old was Top Gear 3000 for the SNES. Looking back that game must have looked terrible by today's standards but I'd love to get a copy of it. I've never seen it on eBay.

GT 1,2,3,4, and when I get a PS3 I will get #5 and for PC it is GT legends it has my capri in it

Need for speed most wanted is a good racing game.GT A-Spec is amazing

If you have a PC (decent CPU and graphics processor), a wheel and pedals then definintely check out GT Legends. It is an amazing game...kind of hardcore simulation though, nothing liek Flatout (which was fun too though in a different way). Cars from the 60s and 70s plus a few 80s ones here and there. The details like the cockpits and interiors, plus the different engine sounds is awesome. There's a 300SL in it and the interior is spot on. Gran Turismo is arcade crap compared to this.

I like the Rallisport series of games, especially RS2. Some of the best rally racing in a game without being to "simulatorish". Forza for the Xbox was pretty good, and foran all out arcade like experience I like the Burnout series and even Midnight Club.

I like Project Gotham Racing 1&2.. and Forza Motorsports.. GT is alright.. in GT i hate having to earn my licenses and stuff.. takes too much time .. i just want to race lol

Project Gotham 2 is great.Xbox Live racing games are very fun,all in all xbox live is just fun.

X box live is freaking nuts, man. I play on there a couple times a week, mostly Halo 2, Farcry, Star Wars Battlefront 1 & 2 and Call of Duty. Its full of pot heads and kids WORLD WIDE, which is so weird. I hear french, japanese, chinese (or something like it), irish, scottish and english accents, oddly no german. Its amazing to enter a game and hear everyone talking about how they pack their bowls and so on. Then there's the banter and the flaming back and forth, which frankly, for younger people, is on a totally different level than I ever gave and even surprises me on occassion. Its a great service and its great fun, but you have to be ready for it! I usually don't talk because I don't want to feed into the nonsense, but I've started to just for the added fun.

it is.. i cant wait for halo 3 on live( or w/e it is now)

i never delt with the stoners or lil kids in halo2..i ranked around 40 ish... and for fun we(the clan members in the 40's) would go into those training games and just pwn noobs
