i was evaluated today

yep got a "report card" for work, it had like 7 main categories with points in each one, out of 156 total points i got 133, mostly all 7's couple 5's , a 3(in my attendence, i was late one day by an hour[copied wrong hours for the wrong day, and i was late by 5 minutes one day due to traffic]) and i got a 9 in the category for keeping the parking lot free of carts. woot.. i rock , i also got a pay raise to 7.25 from 6.75 (which i had figured out 2 weeks ago, my evalution was late)

I hope they gave you a sheet DETAILING what is required for for each point level in EACH field. Otherwise, the evaluation is just a popularity contest. I am already questioning their giving you a 3 for attendance if you were only incorrect those two times. Still, one of the greatest compliments ever given a man is in the final scene of the Michael Todd version of "Around the world in 80 days". Mr. Fogg had 13 seconds to arrive and win the bet. The others of the group assumed he had lost and said "what do you expect him to do, pop down the chimney like Santa Claus?". The leader's reply was, " I don't know what to expect, I only know Phineas Fogg is the most punctual man ALIVE".
Not a bad thing to have said about you.
BTW, my MBs thank you for keeping the lot clear of carts.

Good for you, Don. Well deserved. You're building a resume and work habits and both look pretty good from here. I'd hire you.
