Garlic Overload

My wife bought 4 lbs of garlic today and I'm wondering how to preserve it from going bad. I can't even give it away.

Here is a link to 744 recipes that have garlic in them. That should keep you busy for a while

I have one word for you TRANSYLVANIA.....

I love garlic but then again being Italian it's in the jeans...my kitchen has been converted into a shoe closet so I wouldn't be able to give you any cooking tips per say.

I'd guess between 25 and 30 bulbs.

Pickled garlic comes to mind. Two choices, country style or Chinese style. Both great snacking material.

Get yourself a garlic roaster.
Roast the garlic in butter.
Chill in the fridge.
Roll it up into tubes, and freeze it for when you need garlic butter.
