What is that noise from ricers????
At first I thought "that guys fan is coming off...?".
Then I would hear it on other ricer type cars speeding through school zones at 35 mph.... This has got to be the stoooopidest modification in a real long time, SO what is that new whirrring noise that idiots are putting on their ricer cars lately???

a new noise? i thought they just attached a coffee can sized mufler and an ironing board on the back so it sounds like they have a big 500hp engine. ill put my straight pipes on soon.. 3" back from the turbo

It's the actual engine whining about how it wanted to be normal, but instead got made into some horrible abomination with subs and amps that are too big to be useful.
