The local one is in Milford on the Boston Post Road, or RT1. Recently they spent untold millions re doing it. Its ok, doesn't really have to many clothing stores that I find interesting anymore. All the stuff I liked in highschool, just seems so well highschool these days. Clinton crossing is the big complex I head to when I am actualy buying.

The pad was for the owner of the mall I think, but I only saw it used once. Cool way to get around if you can $$$ it, screw the MB if I had the money I'd fly.

I thought I had seen everything here in Washington. I've never seen a helipad at a shopping mall.

Occassionally, I see a helicopter landing on the Mall in the middle of the Smithsonian Museum area. Sometimes even on the White House lawn, but never at a shopping mall.

I haven't been to a mall in years. Seems to be a lot of expensive crap that women are likely to buy. Virtually nothing for which I've got the slightest interest.

Paying full retail prices for goods in those stores harkens back to my pet theory.

Yeah thats why I pretty much never buy anything there, but the girl kind of likes it so now I kind of like it. I simply don't understand how people get all this money to "shop". Oh what thats what the Visa is for.

Now Clinton Crossing has outlet stores, so one can get stuff at half price or less. Almost Amazon.com pricing. The downside of purchasing clothing online is you can't try it on, or really see it. What good is saving an extra 20% if you get it and don't like it?

I haven't set foot in a mall in years, thank God. My better half isn't much for shopping either, so we just don't go. Helicopters scare me spitless, so the less I'm around them, the better.
