Guilty pleasures?
OK, I'll start: "Cops" (the TV show) and the "World's Scariest Police Chases" shows and their ilk. Court TV has a good on one right now. I don't know how those officers keep their cool after some of the bonehead moves you see some of those perps make.

I have a feeling that some don't. How about that fellow in Florida the other day that killed a cop. When they caught up with him, he was shot 68 times. Cops are human beings too. Subject to emotions. It's probably easier to keep your head when you know there's a TV camera recording it all.

That O/C guy on the food channel that looks like Elton John's bastard half-brother. Also the tall guy from NYC ( think) with the earring that eats REALLY exotic food. Also on the Food Channel.
And the Food Channel girl in her late 20's / early 30's. Is this an emerging pattern? B

I'd say M*A*S*H reruns, but there's no guilt there.
As for non-TV guilty pleasures: Tommy Roe's song "Sweet Pea" and almost any Van Halen song (which I was reminded of the other night when "Summer Nights" came on the radio during a long drive home -- love that riff). Anything by Esquivel.
