*&%#$# Dry Cleaners!

I took a nice Italian suit to the dry cleaners for an event this weekend. Picked it up today and notice this evening the coat looks as it has been shrunk, pants have some strange red wax stuff all over them. WTF???
It looked great when I dropped it off.
What would be in order here? A new suit, partial compensation??
I've worn this one maybe three times.
