Microwave time conversions wtd...

Allright, for lunch everyday, I'm comming home, and eating my own food. I hate school food, it's WAY to greasy, and I consider it extreamly unhealthy.

Due to a 45 min lunch hour (5 min commute each way), it's down to a half hour to cook, and eat my food. Kinda narrows it down to sandwitches, and microwavable goods

I've been buying weight watchers "smart ones" (anybody know of healthy microwave meals?)

The problem is, that it takes 5 min, on a 1000 watt microwave. Our microwave is older then me, and puts out 600 watts... Is it as simple as multiplying the cooking time by 1 and 2/3, or is there more math involved?

Just wandering
~Nate
