I got busted (long)

To make a very long story short, I got a talking to by a police officer for illegal parking... no fines or anything, but yeah...

I got a new girlfriend, fugging awesome girl... 17, 5"5 (im about 5"4), green eyes, blond hair, nice build... Nice girl to talk to, funny, out going, and really cool to be with. For our first date, today, we went to a movie (open season[:'(] dont go if you're a hunter, but it was pretty damn funny otherwise)
I didnt think it was going too well, untill after the movie, we started talking in the parking lot... then we got into a tickle/poking fight (she won[:-]) After about a half hour of that, I decided we'd go off down to riverview (almost nobody goes there, it's a park... lots of trees, and water... very nice sunset[:-])

Park the car in a kinda secluded location, and started talking again...

Got a little more involved, moved to the back seat...
Backrub, kissing........ through 3/4 of the bases...

about an hour and a half into it, I see a white car drive by...
They passed by kinda slowly, but kept going

By that time, the windows were steamy, had some hair marks on them, and one hand print (obvious from the road side)

back windows are tinted, so we kept going...

half hour, or 45 min later, that same car drives back up... Then I notice it's got reflective paint on the side, and a light bar[:'(]

****, straighten the cloaths,

I had allready rolled up the windows, and locked the doors before we started, so the guy knocks on the glass, then lifts on the handle. Cant get in, so he taps the glass harder...

By that time, I go through the center, turn the key to on, and roll down the windows.

The officer says "better get out of the car, now"

I put on my shoes, and get out of the car... The officer says "is this your car", I say yeah. with a small smile on my face... He asks if I'm legal to drive, and how old I am... I tell him yeah, I'm 16...

He asks for ID, i give him my D/L... He takes it back to his car, presumably runs my lisance, and plates...

I ask Kirsten for my jacket, and she hands it to me through the passengers side window. I put on the jacket, and wait outside the car for a few min, untill he comes out of his car. He tells me that my car's been parked for more then two hours, and I need to find a different place to (he paused), talk... He asks Kirsten if she's there out of her own free will.... She says yes, then he says have a nice night.

He drives off, and we both laugh our ***'s off on the way back to her house... Where we planed to continue, but her dad was home[:'(]

SO yeah, got busted by a cool cop for "being parked too long"...

I thought it was ****ing histarical, so did my girlfriend...

Summery... First date went EXTREAMLY well, except for the fact that I got talked to by an officer (who was REALLY nice)

And we both get a great story to tell...

Tks for listening, I HAD to share this...

~Nate

This old guy got in trouble with the law for the same thing on the Battery in Charleston, SC and again over on Patriot's Point in the same city. I had a cop shine the lights in a car one time in HS when I was parking in it, but after he saw what was going on, he didn't even knock on the windows

Did he say exactly why it was considered "illegal parking"?....

Were you not in a parking space?

Was the park closed?

Man, I have never understood why the cops hassle kids like that, when they know damned well that they're just looking for a little privacy. I had the same thing happen to me a couple of times when I was your age, and I recall that it was VERY annoying. There was nothing illegal going on... no drinking, no pot, no loud noise... I was parked perfectly legally, and they STILL told me to "move on"...

Do they all get fat in the winter? Run on a treadmill or spin? (God those are boring).

Can't wait for the subzero to 10F days, I'll be the only one out there!
We're all skiing at those temps dude!

Yeah......... Coulda been worse, but I bet he knew exactly what he was going on.

I didnt exactly push why he made me get outta my car, I was more conserned on if I zipped my fly or not.

I wasnt in a parking stall, THERE ARE NO LINES.

I was facing the river, inline with the parking lot (same as everyone else), and I looked at the signs, and there wasnt anything about 2 hours tops parking...

It wasnt past our curfews (midnight) or the park closing (11pm)

There was NOBODY there, it was desserted. Except one car rolled through, but...
Now that I think of it, I bet the car that rolled through, knew what was up, and called the cops...

Wtf, leave me alone... Nothing illegal going on...

o well, whatever. At least he didnt call her dad, that woulda been bad...

Next up on the adventures of Nate and Kirsten, BOWLING... Mabey

I didn't find it charmingly odd, in an old-fashioned way...

Didnt have bench frount seats... buckets are new fashioned. And, it's a smaller car anyways, so the back seat wasnt the most comfertable.....

U old ppl had it mucho easier with ur boats, that you could lay down on the frount seat, and hardly touch either side.

We'll have to try it in a geo......... I wonder if my ex will let me barrow her car
