21? WTF? How old are you now, i.e. how long have you lived with it?

It sucks getting old (and yes, I know it beats the alternative..)
Here's the deal,I can't take anti-inflammatories,aspirin,aleve and such on account of the coumadin I take,in addition to digoxin,lopressor{beta-blocker I think}that I take for my arrhythmia and prolapsed mitral valve.

X-ray and cat scan say no cartilage in the left knee, right one's wearing our fast as well.had that new stuff made from chicken cartilage injected under my knee,a little better but the pain and swelling are still there.

I have tons of Percs,Tylenol 3 with codeine and hydrocodone liquid, xanax, fioricet and flexeril, which is great but mostly it's Manhattans.

Simply bad genetics and inbreeding on my Father's side, they all had heart problems, hemophilia, vascular and connective tissue disorders for the last few hundred years,if primitive medical records are to be properly interpreted while my mother's side they all lived into their 80's and 90's.

Roll of the dice, old Sport,Roll of the dice.....

37 now. Doctors tell me that I'll have a fused spine when I'm really old. Right now I have 2 vertibrae's partially grown together. They also tell me that celebrex can be a disease reversing drug. I guess we'll see.

I can't imagine a life without antinflamitories. There were some days when I didnt have them that I could not walk.
Imagine lying in bed in pain next to your wife and you cant decide if you should wake her to get some pain killers because that would cause the bed to move and that would hurt like a sum*****!

Oh,please...My wife understands fully because of her recent bout with Leukemia, what a f*ckin' pair we are....I'm already having trouble with the cone clutch in the InterState and I don't have to tell you the foot pressure required for the mechanical brakes{InterState rear wheel,Vauxhall 4 wheel but weak}on the oldies I drive.

I tell you,If I couldn't drive my old beauties I don't know what I would do,they give me so much pleasure.

Well, thanks for revealing your bete noir. I also have a mild temporal lobe epilepsy which simply makes me lose track time and "stare into space" as my 7 year old says,NEVER affects me when I'm driving though,I've also been diagnosed with OCD,at least that explains why I'm thorough in whatever I do,I love my wife and daughter but sometimes I am not easy to live with, which is why I seek surcease in drugs and alcohol, makes me more pleasant to be around

What happens if you resist doing a thing? Can you? I'm not poking fun I'm just curios. I think we all have little things we do that have to be done but I cant imagine it on a large scale.

I'm great in two, and good in the other.

School? After eleven years in school and eleven years out, I'm not going back. "Girl" situation couldn't be better.

They only complaint about my job is that they make me work pretty hard.

Well, enjoy the P**sy while you can and don't neglect any opportunity to advance yourself.

Very true. Ever since one of my best friends died of cancer in his mid-twenties, I've had a different perspective on life. We were all invicible until that happened.

He left me an invaluable gift - the ability to retain perspective and appreciate how much I have, especially my health. Whenever I am feeling sorry for myself or down about something that is actually inconsequential, I think of him and it picks me up and reminds me how lucky I truly am.

Suddenly I no longer feel like whining about the two items that the skin doctor froze to death yesterday.

Well, I'm certainly not looking for a management position, which would really be the only visible advancement in my line of work. But I am taking on more responsibilities, hopefully resulting in better pay in the upcoming years.

But I'm a little late to "do it all" while I'm young.
