Well, you were the one that said play your best and you are a winner. So, why keep score? Either it matters to win or it doesn't. BTW, IIRC, there were several players in the NBA that were grateful to him. Assuming everybody plays well, everybody is a winner then the score is irrelevant. So why keep score? You score a goal or touchdown, you move on. Go home at the end of the day. Everybody is a winner already so what is the point of the score?

College sports takes an extreme amount of dedication to even remain on the team. Unfortunately, I didn't have that and now wish my coach had given a **** and pushed me harder instead of focusing on the 2 or 3 superlative players. |
