There's no real laws about being an idiot in the background. But if you touch them - That's a whole 'nother story!! We've flown some news folks to stories around here. I've seen some camera and sound techs get pretty protective of their female reporters.

Seems to be among the missing. Don't suppose he is in jail over his seat belt ticket, or got shot sneaking his girl friend out her bedroom window, or told off one of those free loading wenches in a bar and she put him in the hospital, or he got deported to Canada......
