Talking *** I's here! ***

P-p-p-p-p-p-pres-s-s-s-s-s-sent and a-a-a-a-a-count-t-t-t-t-t-ted f-f-f-f-for!

Damn...it's cold up here!

And a "thank you" goes out to George Murphy for the "key" tip. I'll get a set ordered today...once the bank and IT systems start co-operating...

(Wife got "froze out" of the MB yesterday afternoon...needed my porta-propane torch to "heat" the key enough to transfer the heat to the cylinder and allow it to return to the vertical position and allow entry to the vehicle...the MB is now sitting in the driveway awaiting a "proper winterization" of the keyway...)

I, however, do feel for the folks east of a line from Texas up to Chicago and east of Lake Michigan...you're getting "pasted" with the real crap!

Late again!!!

...but I've got an excuse. I was over in CA picking up a Porsche 356 (that is now comfortably resting in my garage). Looks like I'll be selling the 300D
'cause I need the room (sigh). Too many projects....

Cheers,
Wes

Howdy Wes,
2 places and you don't have room?!¿¡
Do you move between your 2 places for the season or just when you are in the mood?¿ :-)

Hi Frank -

The general rule is to spend mid-April to November at the cabin in Alpine and Green Valley the rest of the year. Being only 270 miles apart though, we do go back and forth a bit in the off seasons. October is one of the nicest months at both places, so we go back and forth a bit then. Both places are pretty much turn-key, so as long as we don't forget to take the dogs with us, we're good to go.

Cheers,
Wes
