If there is an omnipotent being that sees all, knows all, etc, etc, didn't he/she/it know that leaving such a dangerous item in the hands of people who could not control it is like leaving an atomic bomb with a child? Myself, I get tired of hearing "Merry Christmas" a few thousand times every year. Becomes about as ubiquitous as "have a nice day." I never use the phrase because it lacks sincerity or originality.

And Bill O'Reilly would have us believe that the exaltation of Jesus depends on this.

I much prefer "don't let your meat loaf."
