This war's by-product is oil. Not the purpose. It just so happens that lots of folks connected to the current admin. get rich on two fronts. Defense and oil.

Our primary reason for going to war is to protect our friend, Israel. We want the region to be stable so they are safe.

Sand. We can't continue on our national building/concrete manufacturing spree without sand. And only Middle-Eastern sand would do. Oh well, at least Saddam didn't die in vain.
