Maybe I'm lucky in a way. Even though I reset everything, hotmail is still requiring me to type my password each time. But it's my own personal computer at home anyway.

I've used Mozilla for a couple years, but about a month ago it began telling me it was missing something (I don't know what) and shuts down each time I try to use it. :(
