Buying Used 2001 S500

I am buying a used S500 with only 21,000 original miles. Is there anything I should look out for when getting the car checked by a MB mechanic?

thanks for the feedback. I am thinking about passing on this one. I hate problems and I don't want to pay out a lot of cash for repairs.
