I eat at a good many hospitals and it seems that they all serve a lot of unhealthy food. I have commented on the irony.

Alexi's pizza in Belfast, ME was my recent favorite pizza. It is downtown by the redlight.

We order pizza by saying " ...extra cheese, lots of extra cheese. We love cheese. You can't put too much cheese on our pizza". Sometimes it amuses someone and we get a five-pound, 10" pizza.

This is my version of moderation. I try to eat healthy regularly so that I can splurge when I eat the bad stuff.
