Nope. But if I knew I'd keep both eyes open while visiting. The 'kids' around here don't have any dynamite AFIK.

If I had to guess I'd say eastern europe somewhere but I have no basis.

Of course it's dangerous and anti-social, but it's such an outside the box innovation it's impressively beautiful.

Wow. I am glad I never thought of that when I was younger, had access to oodles of dynamite and was addicted to surfing. Guess you would have to do it in a pool or enclosed canal like that instead of the ocean or a large lake. The guy is a pretty good surfer--he only got one chance and he ripped it up.
