outlook express question...

My cpu keeps deleting the password for my email account(s).

Everytime I log on to retrieve email, a window opens asking me for my password, then I can get my email.

It does this to me everytime, even if I click the box that say's "save password"

Ideas?

Same thing happened to me a while back. To this day, I think Norton was the real culprit. I'm not sure who I hate more, Norton or AOL. Not that I have AOL, but I have a bunch of relatives who at one time installed it and ask me questions. I need to get one of those shirts, "No, I will not fix your computer."

This forum is another story, though.
This fixed the Outlook Express problem for me.
Read carefully, print for easy reference, then try it.
