Talking Why does Rammstein blow sound systems?

They killed the original sound system in the SDL, I replaced it with a stronger one, but it seems not strong enough. They blew the rear speakers right out of SD.

When my friend got a sweet system installed in his truck with played Rammstein, figured if they can't blow out a speaker no band can. The system held! Cost him $4K though.

Oh and now my computer speakers are cracking, sigh.

So it seems only the best speakers can handle them. Like speakers tough enough to take RPG hits...

Rammstein rocks!

Yeah, I know what you mean. 'Du Hast' always gets my stereo cranked, esp. when it kicks in!

Fortunately, my home stereo will safely go louder than I can stand listening to.

Yeah I do that alot! Nothing like having all the windows down, sunroof open, and Rammstein blasting at 100mph.

The songs themselves kill the speakers, with all the sudden base, and awsomeness.

tell me about it. after about 20 minutes of driving my 1200w amp starts cutting out. I have two of the same model and both do it when installed in the car. have to fix it or live with the "turn it down stupid" option... oh well
and if you want some good, talented, angry-sounding but must-be-blasted music, check out avenged sevenfold. I can seriously listen to the albums one after another and not get tired of them. I've got one of their songs on my page on myspace. As a musician, I'm highly impressed. (sorry to hijack )

I have about $325 (including wiring) in my system and it handles Rammstien with no problems.

Sony 1200 watt sub amp $65 bucks, Two Infinity 10" 1000 watt subs 89.00, Sony 500 watt mid/highs amp $40, Infinity Kappa 6.5" seperate door speakers $70, Coustic XM3 crossover $20. All EbaY except for the Crutchfield subs.

I left out the XM radio and head unit. That was $200 plus.

Look at Diamond audio and Infinity for speakers. Look at Sony for amps. That will keep it inexpensive and concert loud.

My system handles Rammstein quite well. Its only a head unit, 4x6s up front and 6x9s in the rear, but those 6x9s have great bass. Everything is Pioneer and it cost me around $400ish. I turn Du Hast and Ich Will up way louder than any of the other songs I play. Those songs just get me pumped. thats all there is to it.

My home stereo is like this as well. It can go louder than some concerts I have been to and it will still keep quality sound. Its all Kenwood if I remember correctly. Two huge floor speakers. Our Sony surround sound doesn't hold a stick to the Kenwood and the Sony is about 1000w. They sure don't make 'em like they used to.

Hahah... Rammstein blew out the Infinitys I have in the front of my wagon...

It still can hold its own though... The Who killed my previous headunit. Who are you at full volume is awesome!!!!

(I have a very intricate, complex sound system in my wagon, composed of many amplifiers, subwoofer, component systems, eqs, and headunit... Costed me mucho $$$, but some can attest. It sounds good... Very good!)

I've heard Justin's system in the wagon, at the gtg, and believe me,....it's real, real, good, and stealth too, many of the components are cleverly hidden.

You could have a real kick azz sound system in an old hearse, put the subs in a coffin, lots of solutions come to mind.

My friend in the city was a stone WHO fan, went to all of their concerts when they toured in the US. She had a big sign in her kitchen, "Good music needs to be played L O U D !!!"

I totally agree with that

Time Bomb by Godsmack will trash any speakers quickly enough without a decent filter setup.
