I need to know the resistance (ohms) of each one those four cables for ignition system for Hyundai Elantra 2000 - GLS.The Haynes Book Data and new cables set are not matching numbers.

You don't have a meter? That'll do it. Probably get one of the parts stores to do it. "Free electrical testing" all over the place around here.
