Fox American Dad & A question...

As much as I hate television, I have to say, I love this show! I watch it online (Fox On Demand) -- the last two episodes won't load up for me...

http://creative.myspace.com/VOD/american_dad/index.html

or

http://www.fox.com/americandad/

(and then go to "On Demand")

So... anyone here watch it? And can somebody take a look and see if the latest two episodes come up for them?

Thanks,

Pete

Pete, try the following site instead:

http://www.tv-links.co.uk/

Good for all your cartoon and anime needs,,, they have movies too but they're not always good quality.

Just click 'Cartoons' at the top. They usually have the latest episode within 2 days of airing.

OMG!!! THANK YOU!!! Next time I'm in Florida I owe you a beer! I'm watching now...

You're right. Quality isn't as good, but I don't care... this is awesome!

Thanks again,

Pete

There ya go!

You mean it isn't awesome because of foil hats? Everything has to do with foil hats... er, sorry, or thongs. But it's all about foil.

The site is fairly reliable,,, just make sure you have all the latest video codecs,,, DIVX especially can crash your browser if you're not using the latest version. Shrek3 crashed my browser about 9 times last night.

Some great stuff on the site,,,, lots of brit programs like Top Gear, Dr Who etc are kept pretty much up to date.

Definitely better than trolling through youtube!

Hrmm. Maybe American Dad has gotten better over the last season, because when it first started, I watched two episodes and couldn't *stand* it. It just seemed like a cheezy rehash of Family Guy.

Family Guy has kind of gone downhill ever since they were brought back from cancellation, too. The jokes just aren't as funny as they used to be, and they seem to use recurring gags / jokes a bit too often. I swear, if I see one more "chicken fight" scene, I'm banning that show from my HTPC.

Family guy.... I can't get into it.

American Dad, I would imagine, would aggravate some of the folks here... it really shows the Neo-Con Bush-types to be bumbles... I can't believe some of the jokes they get away with.

Some of us DO have the ability to laugh at ourselves (although not all of us are Bush-types)

Like some others, when American Dad first started I thought it was a strange knock-off of Family Guy (which was a knock-off of the Simpsons) but it has grown on me.

I used to be a Family Guy fan when it first ran. Now they do way too many recurring "retard" jokes for me. The show seems to have jumped the shark.
