Xdata - XDSL - T1?
Please excuse my ignorant but what is the biggest diffrence between Xdata and t1. The Xdata is supposed to have the same service and uptime of the T1 for a fraction of the cost, there has to be a catch.

I started running into questions from folks at work due to the Telco/Cable companies using different terms for the same thing...your Xdata and T1 query may be one of the same things...just a "marketing gimick" to make you feel OK to spend more for less...  Here's a little chart I made up using the Cable company and Telco company lingo, and what their "product's" actual speed (max.) should be... My cable is rated at 8mbps, I consistently get 6+... its too slow
