Yeah--I think my post was a little reactionary. I never knew much about his business and didn't really 'follow' his career over the years, so I was kind of shocked when he was issued a lifetime ban by the SEC, ect....last month.

Doesn't change the way I feel about him though--one of the nicest people I have ever been around.

Particularly funny if Dick was ever in the military where your name is typically called out last name first. My uncle, whose first and middle names were Neeham Phillips, always drew snickers when it was said this way: XXXX, Needham P!
