After Tom is unfrozen. He still can't see. He is looking around to see who is with him.

Nah. It's summer time and the weather is too nice. No one wants to go to trial. Defense lawyers keep asking for continuances. Plus I am working on a legal brief (that's and oxymoron, the "brief" is already over 35 pages long) on a venue issue.
