Not really a broker but a friend that sells classic cars for a living. I told him what I needed out of the car and he kept all money that was above and beyond that amount.

Michael Sheehan the Ferrari broker takes 7% up to a sale price of 100k. Anything over 100k is 5%.

Seems fair enough.

Although if you had a GTO worth millions I bet the fee is negotiable.

I'm not surprised that it went quickly, as it was a great car in attractive colors. Back in the Sixtie's, one of my uncles owned a green example of this model. I was in awe of its massiveness. Both the interior and exterior looked indestructible to me.
