No luck drilling and "easy out(ing)".

On to plan "B"...

I may end up having to rethread the hole. I never tapped a 3/4" hole before.

That didn't sound right.

If you have to tap the hole get a can of Tap Magic. It is the best thread cutting and drilling fluid I've ever used.
