Weed Blower fun

I just replaced a cracked fuel line on my blower only to find its running rich.

What the heck... here goes.

Air filter off, I took a short piece 1 1/2" plasitc tubing and shoved it in the blower tube about a foot. The other end on the carb inlet.

Holy cow! I thought those little motors would rev but damn. It wound up fast. Not running rich now.

My obsessive-compulsive neighbor insisted on mowing his yard every other morning and lighting-off his leaf blower at about 7:30am...

Probably his way of getting back at me for having a yard full of old cars.

I saw a vid on youtube where they did some experiments with a Honda civic, a dyno, leaf blower and then a bottle of NOS.. a leaf blower. gas added 20-25 hp to the N/A engine.. the nos and blower added at least 50
