Since my lift system will be in the second chamber of the septic tank, theoretically there should never be anything but treated effluent hitting the pump. The problems generally associated with sewage lifts will hopefully be avoided.

In a prior life, I managed properties with sewage/black water lift stations and I've had a Maxi Pad ruin whole weekends on more occasions than I care to remember. I don't go into this lightly.
