People driving while on their cell phones.
Here in NJ, where it's illegal to be on a hand held cell phone, there is 0 enforcement of it, and I've even seen unmarked cop cars with uniformed officers talking on their handheld cell phones.
If people could actually properly drive while doing this activity, I'd be fine with it.
The simple fact is that the majority of people can't.
I see people start their cars in a small tight parking lot, put the car in reverse, and then dial the cell phone while backing out of a space.
Of course, they can't back out in one smooth movement, as their attention is not on the right thing.
I see people drift into other highway lanes on a daily basis because they're on the cell phone.
Frightening.

Yeah right. My brother used to break the lawnmower just so he wouldnt have to mow. he also used to turn the lawnmower sideways to get all the oil to fill into the cylinder and when he started it it would blow white smoke everywhere.
