They do pretty well for the money that we spend on them.

Most of them.

It would be impossible to answer that with absolute accuracy and foolish to answer it to the best of my ability.

You have none--and have stated so here before. Therefore, your comment about my lack of understanding more appropriately applies to you when discussing a subject you know little about, other than what you derive from a database.

Did I post anything in this thread that you take issue with? If so, you can google it as stated in the title to this thead like anyone else, or can you?

It has been obvious for a long time that you take issue with me personally. It is a shame that you can only learn from people that you like. I feel sorry for you.

Yes, I particularly take issue with the entirety of paragraph 2 in your initial post.

I can google--can you pull from real life experience?

I don't know you so I don't take issue with you personally. I take issue with your typically condescending posts that seem to have no basis in authority other than a link to a website you may have run across. I personally value personal experience to anecdotes and this position has nothing to do with you.

If you feel sorry for me you should google 'fulfilled life' and get over yourself.

You state here that you do not know me and then go on to assess the experience of my lifetime. This is a presumptuous statement that even a fool should be ashamed of.

You obviously do have a problem with me personally and so the easy answer is to put me on your ignore list.

We started teaching sign language to my son with Down syndrome when he was 2. Even kids with developmental problems who may not be able to speak can have the ability to sign. This made a huge difference with the "frustration" issue. He's now 4.5 and his verbal language is just starting to take off, but his signing skills are very good and he usually signs faster than I can keep up with (although my signing skills aren't what they should be).

Knowing that now, we started using signs with my now 1 yo son when he was about 10 mos. I wish we had known it with my older two, it could have saved a lot of headaches.

The "Signing Times" videos proved to be very helpful.

Here you go twitch. I wouldn't be ashamed of any comments I made to or about you on any level. You speak of presumptuous comments yet made the most obvious one in the thread.
