Actually it's aching more, at least since the weekend. Still stiff and swollen. Another follow up appt. next Friday.
The yoga instructor never emailed me back (class is tonight). I missed the sign up dead line by a week. I dunno. 'Spose I could just show up (?) It's only 3 blocks away. |
