What IS it with this Pella crap?

Guys, why oh why does it matter whether Pella is good or bad? Do Gotta and Botnst have to go back and forth about these stupid windows? Who cares? Stop already. Please?

I dunno. I have seen some good Pella windows and yet there are some bad ones. Maybe a few disgruntled customers. My friend loved his and felt it was good for what he paid for it but obviously, there are a few that don't think so.
