Orbitron found

Big Daddy Roth's "Orbitron" was found in Mexico, where it apparently served as carnival attraction, and later a a trash recepticle in front of an adult book store.

Wow, talk about stumbling onto a hidden gem and not knowing what you had right in front of you. Big Daddy was one of the pioneers and the Orbitron is an important piece of hotrod (and automotive) history. Albeit an ugly one

Pretty cool if it gets restored to its original glory.

The pictures of the Orbitron are almost as sad as that 1957 Plymouth time capsule from Oklahoma.
