Its amazing people fall for this stuff. I get a couple of them a day, but the good old Google spam filter catch's most. Damn that spam filter is smart.
 These guys are pretty dumb, would it kill them to run the email through a program like MS Word before sending it? You would think they would at least make an effort to come across as American, or professional as the case may be. But I guess the people that buy this crap are dummer.

 I notice you got the Bank stated as Bank of Singapore. People in asia get those from Bank of England and such. They have some intelligence after all.

I got one of those a couple yars ago. I had an old junk tractor I posted on a old junk tractor web site, offering it as a non-running parts tractor, for free. This moron writes to me claiming to be a purchaser of agriculture equipment for his village, and wanted to know "the condition and price" of my tractor!
  I actually wrote back, after his second email, knowing it was a scammer, and told the idiot "as stated in the posting, it's a non-running parts tractor, for free".Never heard from him again. Not only do they think we're all stupid, but they're even STUPIDER!(is that a word?)
