Same thing every year, drop $2000, get $2000 rebates, get $2500 ebay sales. I work one day a year and make more than half my friends.

I think I might try that this year too. Get some good deals and eBay them. We'll see what happenes. Every year I tell myself I'm going to go to the sales. But have yet to do so.

I had the same question, but the guy at the electrical supply place told me I wouldn't need ballasts. I have no idea how he knows that, but that's what he said. There are only a few tubes out, but I'm replacing them all while I have the lift.

Dragging family to help check out, grabbing 3 of every cheap/free after rebate item, and having divorced parents and a dad who owns a store. Also, filling out last years approx 150 rebate forms left me with a very, very sore hand. This is probably my last time doing it, off to college next year...started freshman year, only made $500 that time...

I probably will be piddling with my latest automotive barn find....an old bmw that a client was throwing away is sitting in my driveway waiting to be saved.

I will most definately not be shopping, except perhaps for a few automotive parts.
