...And the problem is? 16 is the age of consent in Kentucky, the teacher is an adult, as long as it is not a sexual favor or blackmail = no laws broken = perfectly legal.

I fail to see the problem. It's not like sex at 16 is somehow wrong. They are human too.

Go up to Canada or over to Germany where the age of consent is 14. Spain is 13.
