So I have been on an organic food kick for a while now. After reading that raw milk and kefir can help people with milk allergies, I decided to try it. 2 weeks now of drinking milk everyday and I still have NO problems. My 22 mo son loves kefir blended with fruit and drinks it from a shot glass.

I used to be pretty bad off after about 1 cup of milk and it would only take about 20-30 minutes. This is awesome. I'm going to make Creme Brulee tonight.
