Didn't you say you wanted to open an organic deli/store before? You could even make up some bogus marketing ploy and say that Tom Brady drinks it before every big game.
We mostly use whey for the grains....but also for lacto-fermenting stuff. It's great for pickling fruits and vegetable, stuff like that.
