I retire in July. I'll come see you and talk about crappy bosses. Of course they say about retirement that if you really want to start working, retire and work for yourself.

I guess that's where I am...'retiring' and working for myself. Before I truly realized the need to accumulate a retirement fund, I never worked anywhere long enough do much in the way of saving or, didn't work for a place with any sort of plan, 401K or otherwise. It wasn't until about 1998 that I actually started a 401k and began dumping money into it. Still, it's not enough to do anything with but, I never intended to stop working and play golf every day either.

I think this little excavation biz will be just the thing to keep me out of the bowling alleys.
