Are you working for RP's campaign? I haven't heard someone so ga-ga over a politician since I was working on the Hill many, many years ago.

Is he going to turn water into wine, raise the dead, and walk on water, or some combination of the three?

RP takes stand on issues where any other candidate has sold out already a long time ago.

Ridiculing his political profile does hardly reflect competence.

If one wanted to refer to the traits quoted, I suggest to take a look at the personalities most recently presented throughout the mainstream media: Joel Osteen ...

Yes to all of the above. Plus, Paul opposes the nanny politics of the Democrats and rejects the foreign entanglements so loved by Republicans. His political beliefs cause about half of each party to recoil in horror. To me, that means the 2 major parties fear people controlling their own destiny. Yet another reason to reject the two major parties, no matter what pretty colors and shiny objects they use as lures for our votes.

And no, I am not a paid or volunteer of RP's. I have extremely fundamental disagreement with him concerning the oil states. Even so, our basic beliefs of the role of government in the lives of citizens is close enough that I can live with our disagreement. I'm not a purist. I'll accept good enough rather than whine for perfection.

Got insurance? You're more than welcome to the best medical care and medicine that money can buy...No insurance? You're lucky the "guards" don't smack you on @55 on the way to the door...

Colleges? Politics, religion, nationalism...someone is going to make money and the folks in the "know" will find some way to keep the dollars rolling in...blame the minority and kick his @55 JUST ENOUGH to keep him irritated to the point that he's in the "news" all the time, screaming about the injustice of it all...and when he "gets out of line" - hit him over the head and haul his @$$ off to prison...and the cycle starts out all over again...

Does anyone on this forum care? We do just enough to bring it to light...but do we go the next step further and tell the profs, at the universities, there's a problem out in the prison system? Has anyone gone to the prisons to see any of the problems first hand? Unsanitized?

As for the people in the system...don't they realize that they're there because of what THEY DID and not because of what SOMEONE ELSE DID? Or is that a myth itself?

I give up...

It's hard to dispute, what you're stating.

I don't know if anybody here really cares or not. One can only care so much.

I am at a point as well, where I don't even want to have an opinion anymore. It's too tiresome.

The global state of existence is what it is. It won't change in the near future. One can only adapt to it and find save loopholes to swing through.

However there will always be a chance to let the good times roll!

You have got to be the only person on OD that doesn't know my position and why I take it.

I wanted to see it in your own words rather than make a potentially erroneous judgement of my own.
