PC Boot up question
I am running XP on a A-Bit mother board and a AMD 64 2.3Ghz.
I just reformated my HD and I have noticed that the PC will not boot up if I just touch the key board or the mouse. The PC is not in sleep or standby. The PC is off. The lights on the case are off, the fans are off, the unit is off. I have built a few desktops so I know off from stand by (just want o make that clear because I know someone will ask that). Anyone know what controls this? I have been all over the system icon in the control panel and cannot find anything. Thanks
