Oh...and another thing...them big FLAT chromed rear bumpers people install on their pick ups.
A night, if you happen to be behind one, you blind yourself !

I think they should be tilted down...they act like a huge mirror.

The HID headlights are the ones that bug me.

I am more or less ok with the lights. Problem is that car, truck, semi, pretty much any vehicle, they don't seemed to be aimed. You have no idea of how many vehicles I see that have one light shining up to look for flying saucers and the other to look for something in the ground they lost.

I hate them to, but they are nice to drive behind! The super xenon space shuttle landing lights on the new cars really light up the roade! Makes the DOT lights in my W126 look like candles!

In my area there are a bazillion Hummer H2, Range Rover, G500, etc. Whenever I see a soccer mom driving one with brush guards and huge fog lamps I just shake my head. Doubt any of them were ever off a paved road. By the way, the glare from the rear bumper on a Hummer with the big chrome letters can be very annoying at night.

Sometimes you want to be able to see if there is anything up in the trees that might fall on you.

I do know that Dad bought that brushguard because he lived in the country area and there were deer around. If I lived there, I'd get a brushguard too. Since I live in the city, I'll pass.

I knew there was a reason. Makes sense now. One to look up and one to look down in case the moles or gophers are around.

i use my fogs all of the time on my audi. The regular low beams simply suck, and since they are in fact aimed correctly they do not blind oncoming traffic or shine into the rearview mirrors. Now what i hate more than anything is people using their rear fog lights in perfectly clear weather, now THAT i find distracting.

If a cop ever pulled me over for using my fogs(which are a part of the regular headlight assembly), he would definately be seeing me in court.

Worse yet, what about semi's with one lamp that wobbles around because the fiberglass hood is damaged, so if he's behind you, one lamp is bee-bopping around throwing a weird pattern.
