He was arrested again last week for felony menacing with a weapon. Victim was given a protection order. Location of the event not recorded in the court documents.

Sorry to hear he is still around. Hopefully he will be incarcerated long term sooner than later. It does sound like he is almost always active in one way or another.

I never feel sorry for the type. Even though many of their issues seem to relate to genetics. . They almost always remain like a train on a fixed track with the same destinations.

I always classify them as either primarily commiting crimes against property or crimes against people. You have an individual here that is primarily a people offender.

Crimes against property seem to be where the system seems to function better. So the ideal that property is more valuable than people seems to have become ingrained in the system. Not everywhere as time moves along but still in far too many localities.

Only local action if any can change the imbedded attitudes usually. For example if all his crimes where against physical property it is my opinion that he might not still be on the streets in your area. Just sorry that he is still around.
