Billy Mays !

Does anyone, other than me, dive for the MUTE button on the remote when that pillock starts shoutiing about Orange Glow etc ?

Don't that guy EVER shut up?

He's living in a multi million dollar home in Florida, so I guess it pays.

I just wish he wasn't on EVERY channel I switch to trying to get rid of him.

I wonder if he sells himself that way in the bars ... or if he's married maybe that's how he negotiates some action with his wife. I'd like to see a comedy sketch on that.

Either stop watching Lifetime, Oxygen, We channels or start watching more PBS.

I record a lot of programs for time shifting. I usually FF through the commercials. When he's live, I do hit the mute or go to another channel. Both he and Chris Mathews are so obnoxious.

He lives a couple of miles away from me. I was told (can't confirm) that he shows up at food/bar type places in a Bently, has to park right in front, and pretty much goes off the same way he does on tv. If this is fact; I don't know - but it is (to me) about what I would expect.

Can't be any worse than Mr. ronco...

I was at a hotel in AZ when Ron Popeil was in the process of raising money for a "new" direct marketing firm. Every one of his previous firms has gone bankrupt but he just keeps selling his ass like a cheap ho...

this time he was scamming a bunch of retirees and i wanted to go kick his wrinkled ass and tell them the truth about how he has a history of tking his end first and screwing his investors to the max.

Billy Mays is a tool, I saw him at Sawgrass last year for the TPC and he was yelling at the valet about exactly how he wanted his ride parked in the shade, etc...the kid told him to "park it youself you hairy fossil" and walked off...when Billy Boy went to his boss to get the kid fired the boss told him off as well.

Reminds me of when they were doing the Music video for "We Are the World"...all the clebs were pulling up in limops and such and Springsteen parked his Chevy rental across the street in a public lot and just walked across the street like a normal person.

My friend was one of the crew on the original Star Wars and said the coolest guy was Sir Alec Guinness, he rode to work on the Subway like everyone else. F. Murray Abraham, Oscar winner for Amadeus, rode the subway to work in Manhattan the day after he won the award and when he was greeted by his fellow Brooklynites he took the Oscar out and let everyone take a look at it.

Here in NYC I see actors, famous types and fashionistas all the time and most act like they are no better than the rest of us.

Just remember, 200 years ago it was a law in England that Actors were not permitted to be buried in Holy Ground, they were buried outside of town at the crossroads along with the insane and the suicides!

That headset of his must be permanently attached to his head, the guy has spent too much time in the booth.

He's one of those guys who when he comes on, I wish I had a TV outside so I could unload the 12 gauge on it.

This is safer and gets good reactions when thrown at people too.

People like that need a Bentley, but you can't buy social graces from a catalog.
