That's good to hear. Yeah, the preparation is a lot worse than the colonoscopy itself.

It was cool.... Cleaned the wagon, and messed with my stereo....

I got a blown speaker..

Other than that, there I have been talking to this chick for a while, and not in a romantic kinda way, but a beneficial kind of thing.... Anyways, she was over, and about to do a dirty deed, and she told me she had mono...... Dont like taking chances, so we both agreed some other time...

I saw the Rolling Stones movie by Martin Scorcesy (sp?). I forget the name of it, but I thought it was pretty good. I felt like I had been to a concert when it was over.

Oh, yeah, I also bought a car. (see "Dee8go got a new car" thread).

me and another friend crashed another friends forest camping party. Thyey didnt want us to go becuase they sort if think we might scare the girls off or something (4 guys were going, 2 girls). So me and my friend followed their convoy discreetly in the sd, parked it behind a denny's and followed their trucks as they off roaded about a mile into the woods. Probably the scariest thing ive ever done, we know homeless people live out there and we were about 50 feet back following a truck in pure darkness. We got there, my friend had a few beers I watched another friend of mine who is 100lb's drink 8 coronas and still walk a straight line (but me, well, i dont drink. No, really)
and we had a bonfire and stayed up all night. They went to dennys at 3 brought back two chicks (some hot girl and her, ugh, chubby friend). Guess which one wanted my nuts? Ugh.

Doin it again next weekend

A "virtual" colonoscopy? Are you serious?

Sunday dawned cool and fresh (very unusual here in The Swamp in May, lemme tellya), so I washed the big Buick and dolled up the tires after Miss Linda dragged me to Mall-Wart. Then we went around to a local coffee shop, a short walk.

That afternoon, finished some detailing on the car while listening to "Car Talk."

A lot of my weekends are just like this one, only without the cool freshness.

My son and I got to see the Penguins close out the Rangers in the eastern conference semi-finals. The 'handshake' is one of the great traditions in all sports.

Spent too much time catching up on yard work but did get to go to Harper's Ferry and walked around a bunch with my wife and wiener dog. It was a very relaxing weekend.

Moved my G/F and myself into our new house. Managed to get two apartments worth of crap in the U-haul and almost managed to complete the move without problems when a dresser crushed Kim's hand. Bad scene. Thought it was broken but now it just seems like it was badly bruised. Had to do a lot of yard work as well. Not much relaxation time but worth it in the end.

Went to the junkyard looking for a part, and for once, all they had was junk.

Weekend had some highlights, including nice weather and some headway on my epic wood-finishing project, but mostly all was overshadowed by the tragedy in the Kentucky Derby. I'm a big horse person and that was our local filly that broke down ... have talked to her connections for articles before and they are good people, very sad for them. That was bad enough and the fall-out has been dreadful. If you never see me again it's because I was arrested for beating the living bejesuses out of some PETA activist.
